Hydraulic Pressure Vessel Re-Certification Services
BrimG&H is recognized as a specialist in the Pressure Vessel field for service, re-certification, and repairs. In addition to being an ASME registered Re-Certification facility, we are recognized by 1st Level C-23-VIC-000/AM-001 Quality Assurance for Safety in Submarines – Victoria Class (01 Nov 2013) and by the Canadian Nuclear Industry as a provider of new and re-certified Pressure Vessels specific to the nuclear industry. In addition, we are an approved Parker (the OEM) service and repair facility. (ASME Procedural Guidance).
Instrumentation Re-Calibration and Sales
As a representative of Wika Instrumentation, BrimG&H offers a “Re-Calibration” service to ensure the accuracy of the instruments we sell. This includes Pressure and Vacuum gauges that can be used for sensing pressure, temperature, level, and flows. For example, pressure sensing can be achieved using inline probes enclosed in “Bulb Wells” or via digital inline sensing. BrimG&H can work with you to determine the type of instrumentation required based on your functionality needs.
Connectors and Fluid Conveyance
BrimG&H can help you determine how best to meet your requirements for fluid pressure conveyance by offering a wide range connectors and hoses. Connectors include quick disconnect hydraulic/pneumatic couplers in a variety of styles for both North American (SAE) and Metric requirements. This includes single and double check valved units with working pressures up to 10,000 PSI.
Hoses and Hose Connections
We can provide a wide range of hose in bulk or to meet specific assemblies such as 2 piece re-usable, crimped or swaged connection styles, depending on the application, working pressure, and/or the type of hose. Our hose is capable of handling liquids of varying temperature, abrasive slurries, high acidic content, and a wide range of pressure. Hose end connections can use a wide style range of clamps for larger diameter, lower pressure assemblies. Other connections styles include male/female pipe in either fixed or swivel options. We also offer JIC (60° cone), SAE (45° Cone), O-ring Boss, and Flush Face connection styles. The end connection styles also vary between the North American styles and the Metric styles. Metric styles use BSPT (British Standard Taper) or BSPP (British Standard Parallel Pipe). Metric thread designs are available for both “L” (Light) and “H” (Heavy) applications.
Tubing and Tube Connections
As with Hoses, the above descriptions of thread designs in both SAE and Metric styles are also included into the Tube connection side of fluid conveyance. BrimG&H can also offer Hydraulic tube fabrication and installation both in our shop or on site. We do Carbon steel, SS steel fabrication c/w bite type connections, flush face connections and tube flaring for JIC/SAE connections depending on the application.
Hydraulic/Pneumatic Cylinders Service and Repairs
BrimG&H does repair the hydraulic/pneumatic cylinders it sells. This includes cylinders in both NFPA tie rod styles and round body styles in both repairable and non-repairable varieties. In addition, we offer Humphrey air cylinders through our distribution agreement with Pneumation. Through them we also offer Vesta Air products and cylinders, Koganni pneumatic products and the complete Pisco line from vacuum to multi-stage valve banks to the most complete line of “Push-to-Connect" fittings in the industry.
